Terms and Conditions

1. Sales

All sales are final.  The large majority of what we sell is made to order.  We do not have pre-packaged shelf stock.  We have raw materials that are purchased in bulk and we manufacture your order when it is placed.  We classify this as a custom order and your needs will be different than the next person.  Please make sure you have ordered the correct size and quantities before checkout.  Please understand that this is the only policy we will enforce.  Your order is like a contract, please make sure it is accurate.  If you have any questions about your order please contact us.

If you are in need of a specific size that is not listed on the product details page, you will need to order the next largest size where both the length and width of the frame is larger than your required size.  e.g. You need an 11x15" frame size, please order 12x16" and note in the customer comment block at checkout that you would like an 11x15" frame of that moulding.

If you place an order and either part of the order or the entire order cannot be filled by us, you will receive a credit refund back to your PayPal account. Please allow 2-3 days for refunds due to the nature of our business.  We cannot give refunds directly to your credit card since we use PayPal as a processor.  All transactions and refunds go through PayPal.

If you receive an order that is fulfilled incorrectly please contact us and we will make it 100% right and no additional cost to you.  Cancellations can be made via the customer's account or in writing via email but cannot be cancelled after shipping tags have been processed.  No verbal phone cancellations are allowed.

If you receive an order that is damaged in transit we will make the necessary claim and issue a store credit for the damaged item if out of stock and replacements sent for items still available.  Damage claims are made at the discretion of and a photo of the damages are to be submitted to us via e-mail.

No refunds are given on claims.  All shipments are insured for the first $100 of each order.  If you choose to have more insurance coverage than that, please note it in the additional instructions block of your order.


2. Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives with obvious damage to the cartons, note that clearly on the freight documents and retain a copy in order to file a claim. Contact us further information. Save all packing material until cleared by the freight carrier. If an item is damaged within the carton with no visible signs of external damage, please contact of staff at for more information.  

No damage claims / refunds / replacements will be honored from after 2 business days or 48 hours from receipt of delivery.  If you do not inspect your order after receipt or within the 48 hours period, no refunds / claims / credits will be honored.  This is clearly noted externally on all shipping boxes.


3. Guarantee produces first-run, quality framing products at value prices using negotiated prices on large volumes of closeout and discounted frame mouldings.  These savings we pass on to you, our customer.  We cannot guarantee that a product that you order today will be available in the future, therefore we advise you to buy what you believe your future needs will be.  We cannot guarantee that any frame moulding will be an exact match with other mouldings of the same SKU from a different time period due to a variance in different dates of lot/production runs.  Some substitutions may be made and will vary slightly from the product picture shown.


4. Volume Orders can (and does daily) produce volume orders.  Please contact us if you require more than the quantity listed in the item page.  If we do not have the exact frame in stock we will be happy to help find a comparable substitute based on inventory levels. 

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method listed on the website. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page or call us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.


5. Discounts

Periodically runs special discounts on items that have large overstocks.  Sign up for our email list and get the inside scoop for great deals.  We offer discounts on all products that are purchased in quantities of 25 or more (less 5%) and orders greater than 50 or more (less 10%).  In some cases you can combine discount codes at the time of checkout for even greater savings.  Sign up on our email list at the bottom of our home page for future discounts and new moulding additions.


6. Sample Request

In some cases, it is hard to determine what a moulding looks like from just an online picture.  We do try and articulate the accuracy and high resolution of the products online as best as possible given a 1-dimensional picture.  If there is a particular moulding that you would like to see in person, we would be glad to send samples to you so you can inspect it for further consideration.  Please contact us for samples at by calling 770-687-0068


7.  Payment Processing

Our online payment processing is handled by PayPal.  PayPal is one of the original online payment processors and has handled millions of payments.  We trust and advocate PayPal and the benefits that they offer in handling online payment processing.  If you choose to have your payment processed offline, please call our office at 770-687-0068 and we will take your information over the phone.  Please note that there will be a 3.5% processing fee for all order transactions regardless of the state in which you live according to local and federal laws.
